Approach
The primary goal of this rebrand was to modernize Burgers Supreme’s visual identity without losing the familiarity of the brand. I was heavily inspired by the aesthetics of retro Americana diner graphics, 1960s American visual culture, and Roy Lichtenstein’s pop art. These influences informed a modernized retro aesthetic that feels playful and approachable. The color palette closely references the original brand colors to maintain recognition, while a custom typface and iconography create a clearer, more cohesive design system across various touchpoints.
Burgers Supreme prides itself on its catering abilities, and to support business growth, I created a branded food truck as an extension of the identity. This vehicle was also inspired by by classic diner kitchens and grill-centric menus, keeping the authenticity of the brand while enabling Burgers Supreme to reach new audiences at tailgates, university events, weddings, and local gatherings throughout Utah County.
